On 30 November 2010 the book " Cornetto e Cappuccino - Storia e fortuna della colazione all'Italiana" by Gianni Moriani, Professor of the Venice International University, was presented at Caffè Quadri in Venice. The book tells about the story of the most popular italian breakfast emphasizing the important role that had the Piedmont flat, from Marostica to Aviano, in inventing italian breakfast.
