Since 1985 all our products use the natural yeast: one of the main ingredients that you will always find in Forno D'Asolo's products together with water and flour.
Cornetti and other leavened products are prepared by lamination where raw matter is added and folded gradually in a series of thin and even layers which in turn are then shaped into different products.
After baking the natural yeast keeps the product soft and helps it maintaining fragrance and taste.
