It’s our newly born  “King Borbone” line, croissants made with a starter and featuring an original delicate vanilla flavouring.  Scented and soft, they are easily recognizable thanks to the particularly spongy type of dough. Available in three different versions: plain and glazed with sugar, filled with apricot chunks and decorated with caramelized cereals, or Bourbon vanilla custard cream filling, dusted with sprinkles and sugar crystals. Thanks to a careful balance of ingredients, in fact, the Borbone Cornetto stays nice and soft for several hours after being cooked, as it retains the original level of moisture.
